French toast recipe

Here you have the recipe, remember you can always adapt it to your taste.


1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
A glass of milk
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 slices bread (if the bread is fresh, toast it first)

A pinch of salt


  1. Mix egg, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish then add milk.
  2. Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
  3. Cook bread slices on lightly greased pan on medium heat until browned on both sides (1-2 minutes).
