Ingredients
1 egg
1 teaspoon of
vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 teaspoon
of cinnamon (optional)
A glass of
milk
1
tablespoon of sugar
4 slices
bread (if the bread is fresh, toast it first)
A pinch of
salt
Directions
- Mix egg, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon in shallow dish then add milk.
- Dip bread in egg mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
- Cook bread slices on lightly greased pan on medium heat until browned on both sides (1-2 minutes).
